On a July 2026 episode of her podcast, LaPaglia claimed Bunnie is still "protecting" him and alleged that Jelly Roll's ego changed with his recent weight loss and he is looking for a younger, "tradwife". After Jelly Roll filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee in May, Bunnie Xo stated on her own podcast that the two remain best friends, have an amicable co-parenting arrangement, and are even still moving forward with plans to welcome a baby together using a surrogate.
