By visiting or using pakistaniart.pk, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the site.
Use of Content
Articles, photographs, illustrations and other material published on PakistaniArt belong to PakistaniArt or to the original contributors and photographers. You may share links to our articles, but you may not copy, republish or distribute our content without written permission.
Image Credits & Licensing
Where the photographer, artist or rights holder of an image is known, we credit them alongside the image. Some images on the site may not have a credit on file — this does not mean the image is free of rights, only that we do not currently have identifying information for its owner. If you are the rights holder of an uncredited or incorrectly credited image, or know who is, please contact us at editorial@pakistaniart.pk so we can add, correct or remove it as appropriate.
User Conduct
You agree to use this site responsibly. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Newsletter and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic editorial emails from PakistaniArt. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
Submissions and Pitches
If you send us a pitch, artwork or other material for consideration, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to share it, and you grant PakistaniArt permission to review it and, if accepted, publish it with appropriate credit.
Third Party Links
Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site asks your browser to store, then reads back later — how it remembers you're logged in, or that you already answered a cookie prompt. Here's what pakistaniart.pk actually uses, in plain terms.
Already made a choice and want to change it? — reopens the same panel as the first-visit banner, with your current Analytics choice pre-filled.
Essential
Keep the site and staff login working — signing in to the editorial admin, and remembering the choice you make in the cookie banner. These can't be turned off, because there's no optional purpose behind them to disable, and none are used to track you elsewhere.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which stories get read. It's off by default — the script isn't requested until you click Accept in the cookie banner, not loaded-then-ignored. You can withdraw this at any time using "Manage cookie preferences" above; it doesn't delete data already collected.
Advertising
Banner ads help fund the site and are shown to every visitor — they aren't gated behind the cookie banner the way Analytics is. The ad networks we use (currently Google AdSense) may set their own cookies to serve and measure ads; see their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle that data.
Embedded Posts
Articles sometimes embed a real Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Reddit or Facebook post. That platform's own cookies are only set if you click "View content" on that specific embed — nothing loads automatically just because the article does.

Use the cookie banner to accept, reject, or change your Analytics choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings — doing so for essential cookies will sign you out of the admin panel.

Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure — request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain conditions.

Right to object — object to our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
