A wide, high-angle shot captures two models presenting the "Nargis" Bridal Couture SS 26 collection on an indoor runway floored with solid terracotta-red carpeting.Foreground Model: Walking confidently forward on the right, she wears a heavily traditional red bridal lehenga. The ensemble features a flowing crimson skirt hemmed with thick gold embroidery and a matching, heavily draped shawl-style dupatta covering her torso and arms. Her styling includes a traditional maang tikka, dangling earrings, a sleek middle-parted low bun, and an elaborate, dangling white-flower kiran garland clutched alongside a small bag. Background Model: Walking slightly behind and to the left, she models an elegant jet-black lehenga choli. The outfit comprises a structural, full-sleeved black jacket-style choli covered in geometric gold zari grids and a wide, layered black skirt that flares dramatically toward the hem with matching gold trimmings. A crown of bright red roses accents her slicked-back hairstyle.Framing the runway are massive, asymmetrical floral installations. Dense arrangements of lush green foliage, trailing vines, and blooming crimson and soft-pink roses grow along the sides. Scattered yellow and white flower petals blanket the base of the arrangements.

Pakistan's first runway-to-e-tail platform returns to Lahore this autumn, inviting designers to join a commerce-driven fashion showcase with instant global digital retail access

After the first edition's success, LAAM Fashion Week (LFW) is gearing up for its second round, with designer registrations now officially open. The event is confirmed for Q4 of 2026, with the platform signalling that Pakistan's fashion industry is ready to lead on its own terms.

Co-created by LAAM, Pakistan's largest digital fashion retail platform, and Design651, a strategic management company, LFW transforms high-impact runway storytelling into instant shoppable experiences. Through a dedicated LFW website and the LAAM app, every look on the runway is available for purchase by customers around the globe, solving one of the industry's biggest challenges: translating runway visibility into global retail access with scalability.

The first edition set a notable precedent. LFW concluded its inaugural four-day run in Lahore from January 31 to February 3, 2026. The event unfolded over four full days of runway shows, featuring more than 35 presentations by designers and brands that leaned decisively towards retail. With a digital-first model, all runway shows were streamed live to audiences in over 120 countries and 7,800 cities, marking the largest global broadcast of Pakistani fashion to date.

From high-street and prêt-à-porter to luxury couture, bridalwear, and manufacturing brands graduating from the LFW Ramp Readiness Programme, the platform brought together every tier of the industry. All high-street, prêt, manufacturing, and retail collections were available for purchase immediately after their runway appearances via LAAM's digital platform. Luxury and bridal collections were released in phases, respecting bespoke craftsmanship and production timelines. This model directly tackled one of Pakistan fashion's longest-standing challenges, bridging runway visibility with retail conversion.

The event was co-founded by LAAM and Design651, with HSY as Event Director, Nabila and N-Gents as Official Style Partners, Maheen Kardar as Designer Experience Director, and Kollaage Concepts as OOH Partner.

Day one opened with "LFW Presents", a curated showcase featuring 26 signature pieces from designers whose work shaped decades of Pakistani fashion. This was followed by the LFW Hot List, spotlighting rising talent from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture and the Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design.

Designers and brands can apply through the LAAM Fashion Week designer registration form. Held bi-annually, each edition of LFW brings together manufacturers, high street retailers, luxury brands, and couture houses for curated runway shows presented over multiple days in a single venue.

With over 3.5 million monthly active users, 120,000-plus unique products, 1,500-plus vendors, and shipping to 120-plus countries and 7,800-plus cities, LAAM has established itself as a market leader in fashion e-commerce. That infrastructure is what gives LFW its commercial edge over traditional fashion weeks. The platform connects designers to global audiences, creativity to commerce, and legacy to the future.
